Yep, agreed 100%, but calling something a SPAC is sexier than just a shell, thus the reason traders do it....lol.

These Lazar tickers, and essentially all OTC reverse merger vehicles are simply shells, not SPACs. SPACs raise funds through a 'blind pool', they take those blind pool funds and put them into a trust account, until they can find an acquisition target, and then use those funds to purchase said company.

These OTC shells have nothing of any value beyond being a vehicle for a public listing, and potentially NOLs, thats it.
