hypothetical question. What will be the general sentiment if Doc remains silent and there is no major announcements in the first quarter? Will you still be confident that this company is heading to the Nasdaq?

Let's apply just a little common sense.

Doc knows dozens upon dozens of multimillionaires(JHB included) who all know multimillionaires and only a handful of folks on an internet message board know about UNVC going from 10¢ to $4+ in about 25 trading days?

If UNVC was going to Nasdaq in Q1 2021, many of the acquaintances of doc and JHB would be all over UNVC and pps would not be 10¢

Take the nicotine patch for example, doc puts out a PR and then never another word about it. He left shareholders hanging back then and in 2018 and in 2019 and in 2020. 2021 also?
