Why would anyone actually consider your company if they were a venture capitalist when you can't produce simple acknowledgement from those sources that you indeed are in communication with them.

I don't want to contact them at all, that's none of my business but we have nothing but improperly submitted letters to edgar that technically you shouldn't be doing. Why do you have so much trouble proving one damn thing.
