HUMM, it is a very, very & extremely risky investment. Down +50% in a couple of days. Not good at all. The New Age Inc. brand portfolio is unfamiliar to me, which has now expanded New Age, Inc to include ARIIX, Zennoa, Shannen, Limu, and Mavie. The acquisition of ARIIX may prove kinder, gentler Herbalife-like pathway to market minus Mr. Ackman. $NBEV has a lot of “health” products to sell across their established and newly acquired US and international DSDs, but who is selling and more importantly who is buying. The mergers seem a bit clumsily, not a consolidated or unified roll out of its marketing potential. Hopefully, New Age focuses on its customers rather than building out a pyramid where its own sellers get screwed over hard. Just one of those things in the energy drink biz, I guess. I don’t wear makeup and I really think all energy drinks taste like sh**, but what do I know, I like Bush Light beer. I see potential in these mergers, but got a gut punch after watching a couple of New Age Live webcasts. Mostly older sellers' product testimonies, who were excited about the products' effectiveness, which is not a bad thing if truthful. But who is $NBEV selling to? The $NBEV website conjures images of youth and vitality, rather than geriatric sustainment. Hopefully, they don't 86 New Age Beverage, I'd like to try the CBD Marley Mood brand before they go.
