Nasdaq quality company’s file 8K’s shortly after releasing a PR. PMPG still has some work to do in that regard...i think it will get there, but the lack of an 8K with PR’s is reflected by the lack of interest here and the low volume...

Hope they get it together and realize the importance of filing an 8K to validate the info they put out to the public. The OTC is a skeptical place, an 8K is critical to alleviating the skepticism.

Tony did mention looking to the 10K for more info in March, hopefully we get the validation that’s needed before then, but at least we hopefully get in that 10K.
