Right now he is selling fake tickets to the Island. He thought he could create a run out of this by creating multiple fake buys and then run it down by dumping his shares. PPM is at $0.16 but if you read it its a load of BS. But nobody is taking the bait. 00's / 000's soon. There is only so much money friends and family will dump on these 50 - 100 share buys. They cant afford to run it above $3 to much longer.
