TRTC is owed $8.3 million from a company that just borrowed $2.8 million at 8-15% interest... so my point is lets see if Mystic holdings can actually the cash or will TRTC receive stock in a crappy company.

TRTC has always been a pipe dream of forward looking statements and shady deals that never pan out, except one that saved the company, $HYFM. I expect more of the same financial BS to continue.

There is a reason TRTC still uses toxic financing, it sucks.
