The amendment was to fix the typo from the earlier one. It has now been corrected to reflect the proper description of shares being authorized.

"1. Classes and Number of Shares. The total number of shares of all classes
of stock which the Corporation shall have authority to issue is Five
Hundred Fifty Million (550,000,000), consisting of 500,000,000 of
Common Stock (the "Common Stock") with full voting rights and with a
par value of $0.001 per share, and 50,000,000 shares of Preferred Stock,
with a par value of $0.001 per share (the "Preferred Stock")."
