NioCorp is not getting a 10 million loan. Don't post false information.

They are getting 10 million from the most toxic form of financing available. A convertible security.

The only thing good is the 4 month lock up period. After that is the death of the share price.

This is such a ballsy move from Mark I have to believe that something good is coming.
