Thoma Bravo already launched a SPAC in Jan'21 - ticker:TBA (link). I think "TBA" SPAC might be used to take Meridian public. Majesco - was just taken private by Thoma Bravo in September 2020 link. Whats the logic in taking it public again in less than 6months from taking it private??!?
