The following sentence taken from the supplemental disclosure statement that the company filed on 2/19 in my opinion makes it clear that we are in the cannabis biz. Not sure why else they would mention the California cannabis and hemp market in the disclosure.

“At of the date hereof, there is uncertainty as to the effect of the coronavirus pandemic on the cannabis and hemp markets in California, the U.S. and globally.”
