I vaguely remember issues with ET back in the day.

My son had shares in Merrill Lynch (B of A) They wouldn't accept a sell order (to close the position). When he called them to find out why, they told him it was too risky...... Huh??? Too risky to close a position?????.... real risk there, yeah. (was it too risky for them??)... The shares are being transferred TD Ameritrade.
