The filings implies that Skypersonic did not have significant revs at this point. They stated as such when discussing the 71 day GAAP rule for disclosure of financial impact. So, Rotor Riot probably brought way more revs to the table we can assume then what will eventually be disclosed about Skypersonic just by reverse engineering that statement. My guess is Redcat needed Skypersonics patents and software primarily and maybe hardware tech. for DroneBox. That was the main reason for the purchase and believe they mentioned that rather then going heavy into the inspection drone market. Guess we will see.
