The task of the team was to help the users interact with Al technologies based on the natural spoken language they use. Traditional Computer interfaces that require structured and predictable input to function properly were considered to be outdated. The Dialogflow ES product was chosen in order to implement this development. The product understands and processes conversations with the end user.
