Harrison, New York -- February 10, 2021 -- One Step Vending, Corp. (OTC Markets: KOSK), a company specializing in emerging industries acquisitions with an emphasis in the self-serve vending market, today announced that it has a new board member effective February 9th, 2021. Mr. Ronald Minsky has been appointed President, Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors and is designated to succeed President and Treasurer Mr. Daniel Garfinkel who resigned from his position.



Mr. Ronald Minsky is a multi-dimensional professional with valuable experience in law, finance and government. His previous positions include Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey, Vice President and Litigation Counsel for a Fortune 500 company.

Mr. Minsky will make the most of his many years of valuable expertise to build on new initiatives, perform due diligence, and evaluate deals for One Step Vending Corp., in addition to helping the company optimize its existing operations.



The Secretary of the Board of Directors, Vasiliki Anagnostou, is also stepping down and Mr. Minsky will assume the responsibilities of the Secretary of the Board of Directors.
