interesting theory.....plausible with some of those stocks that have the stop signs on their ticker like the 2 I mentioned.
However....with stocks that have a CE on them ...like BKMP...I also own another one like that....sitting dormant for years.....and suddenly huge volume and price movement up......imo 90-95% of peeps are unable to purchase them through their brokers due to the CE....
so....if these groups are ploughing funds into these CE stocks....whats the point?
most can't buy it ....who are they going to sell to??
