You missed my response and it is hilarious - here you go and it shows you didn't read the 10-K.

Buckle up as the bad news keeps coming:

"U.S. Patent No. 5,316,918, Method and apparatus for testing MAI (Mycobacterium Avium Intracellulare) for antimicrobial agent sensitivity was granted in May 1994 with 7 claims.

This Patent expired on December 5, 2012."

How about the following:

"U.S. Patent No. 5,316,918, Method and apparatus for testing MAI (Mycobacterium Avium Intracellulare) for antimicrobial agent sensitivity was granted in May 1994 with 7 claims.

This Patent expired on May 31, 2011."

And another:

"U.S. Patent No. 5,569,592, Apparatus for testing MAI (Mycobacterium Avium Intracellulare) for antimicrobial agent sensitivity was granted in October 1996 with 3 claims..

This Patent expired on September 25, 2017."

One more time:

"U.S. Patent No. 5,846,760, Method for determining a presence or absence of a nonparaffinophilic hydrophobic microorganism in a body specimen and an associated kit was granted in December 1998 with 15 claims.

This Patent expired on November 13, 2017."

Should I go on?

"U.S. Patent No. 5,854,014, Apparatus for testing paraffinophilic microorganisms for antimicrobial sensitivity was granted in December 1998 with 2 claims.

This Patent expired October 24, 2009 for failure to timely pay maintenance fees."

So obviously you didn't read the patents listed in the 10-K.

It also included patent applications:

"U.S. Patent Application Number 11/217,713"

The reality is that Nutra owns very few patents.

"On or about July 2009, we ceased paying the minimum royalties to Nanologix for the licensed patents and have allowed full rights to those patents to revert back to Nanologix."

LMAO!
