Why would anyone want to buy it after they've jacked the price up so high? It was a dead stock just a couple of weeks back.. Insider trading all the way up out of the trips.. These predators are likely going to be reported to the SEC many times in the future... Nobody is even supposed to be able to buy it because it's a Caveat stock - non-reporting - not current.

Sure it could be insider trading but for what purpose? It seems that insiders - either traders or the company itself, is hiding behind the new SEC Caveat rules , and turning them into an even more predatory situation.
