What I can't get past

Is the lack of demand for their oil and gas AI technology, especially where exchangers are concerned. I cannot believe that if this company can present a legitimate way to make exchangers more efficient that refiners and oil people in general wouldn't be lining up for it. Exchangers are a piece of equipment that is always looking for efficiencies. Anything saved there goes straight to the bottom line. Something is not adding up. Decarbonize the oil industry? What....with windmills? Whatever.
