Ok. Let's do this folks. To see if it's alive yet I put in a buy order for 1 million shares @.0001 and will see if it goes through in the morning.
Share structure updated today on OTC. The only difference I can find is an increase in o/s from 191,871,351 in 2010 to 228,827,493 as of today. 10 years of virtually no dilution.
From their last annual report:
As of the quarter ended September 30, 2010, the Company had common shares outstanding as follows:
500,000,000 common shares authorized
191,871,351 common shares issued and outstanding
Approximately 49,125,845 freely tradeable shares
The last filing with NVSOS was in 2018 with the RA resigning, but there is no actual info in what they have posted. Michael P Roth is the last officer listed in in all 4 spots in 2013:

As I find more I'll post it, but in the meantime we have what appears to be a goldmine of an otc trip 0 zombie with that s/s.

They are not able to say exact date of news release but business doing well and expanding
