I guess you don't know too many college students. A lot of them get to have a single computer, and it must be a laptop which they can take to classes. So, if your machine is a laptop and you are in college, then odds are you want it to be a hot gaming machine.

For a few bucks more you can add some surround speakers back at the dorm. :)
