Did the company state they were going to do a RS of the stock? I sure hope not, I have never seen a positive outcome of any RS stock ever. I just purchase a large amount of BYRN common stock past 3 weeks. I first purchased 2 Byrna HD kits and other supplies on 12-24-2020. I received everything on time on 02-05-2021 along with an email for 15% off on my next order due to shipping delays. I tested the units with the Kinetic rounds and a WOW beyond my expectations on everything. I am also a retired LT. First Responder and IMO Byrna will be a game changer and glad I am not holding any Taser stock. The Byrna HD unit is great and I am a long term hold on BYRN. The RS is not needed IMO, the sales numbers on the next reporting and news spreading about Byrna should move us without RS to over $6.00 share before summer 2021
