IF there was an offer or serious expression of interest what do you expect the company would do?

Sit on their hands?

Let 50% of the staff go?

Go out and spend virtual money on new lamborghinis for all the C suite in anticipation of deal closure?

And if the deal falls through for whatever reason / is delayed you would be up sh1t creek with no paddle?

Something tells me you're not cut out for this management thing......
