Nope I have stopped totally simply doesn't work more times than not you don't recover! Same as day trading stocks the more you trade the more you lose! Also you are correct on long term investing as long as one's choices
are reliable companies with 20-50 year results.

However I rarely hold anything long these days. Mostly just sell puts and if I get assigned (10-20% of my trades) I just turnaround and sell calls close to the money so I make a quick profit and back to cash I go to sell puts again!

I use SRC trading, systematic, repeatable, and consistent results of 30 percent or plus percent!
