Hi Golden_Cross. I'm new to this Board and the shell play process. Looking for some feedback, and thought you would be the best one to ask here, based on your experience with these plays.

I'm sitting on AWGI but I'm in Canada, and there is currently a CTO here. I can't buy or sell. So, how do these custodial stocks play out?

Let's say for argument's sake, that AWGI gets all the way through to the merger stage. Does that mean all shareholders holding through the symbol change (I'm assuming there would be one at some point) will keep everything? In this case the AS is pretty big, so a R/S may also be in play here?

I'm trying to decide, do I transfer my position to my brother in the USA, or do I wait it out up here in Canada, hoping a newly merged company will get things current here? I'm not sure how long that would take, or what are the chances that when all is said and done, my holding will still be worth something if trading ever resumes here.

How is this one shaping up, and what would be the long-term outlook?

Any thoughts?
