We've talked alot about the upside here...and obviously, I am one of the ones here for that upside. Worth also considering the risks...and I have been accused of being "negative"...but I like to be realistic about considering potential risks, however remote. My biggest concern(s)?

Mostly audit/accounting. ChargeSavvy acquisition is pending completion of formal audit. Are they completely clean...chances some irregularities uncovered?

Also, GRBX current financial auditing company. Are they handling other NASDAQ exchange companies? I assume additional scrutiny will be paid to accounting/auditing when the company is on NASDAQ. Is the current auditing firm capable of handling or will GBOX consider new firm?

Again, not throwing cold water on all of our significant positives!...just looking at all angles/risks.
