This might be something to look into further, given Michael O’Connor was found to be a director of a newly incorporated “global reseller” that entered an agreement with RAKR, and both companies use the same address of a large house in Peterborough, Canada that appears to owned by O’Connor:

“Cash consideration of $1,960,000 payable to third parties to cancel certain royalty agreements as follows: $500,000 on the 10th day after the date of closing and the balance on the 90th day following the date of closing;”
