That’s what makes this case so unique.. Google hid behind the logic that the 912 was Smart Modulars. Then the judge said “no the 912 belongs to Netlist “. Then Google said “we aren’t really using the tech”. The judge ordered an audit of Googles servers.. sure enough there is NLST tech.. then Google challenged the validity of the patent..and the Stay was put in place...10 years later.. The patent is validated.. certified..issued.. and now waiting to be published.. sounds to me this patent has passed all the necessary tests... and infringement has already be PROVEN.... I’ll say it again... the increase in the AS.. removal of the board... and the partial buyout of ADT... are all leading indicators for an equity investment in Netlist...Wesley on the YMB suggests that without NLST technology....Google would not have been able to be number 1 so quickly and arguably at all.. what is that worth? He suggests 10s of billions.. in front of a jury with triple damages... they will settle and so will NLST and this could all happen sooner then later.. IMVHO
