Looks to me that Cannaworx met their end of the bargain, which is acknowledged in the amended LOI 8k.

I think they might have ended up with the rights to the Ultra Sheer Technology. They are now calling it theirs. Pressure's responsibility was eliminating that 12 million in debt and it looks like they did not pull it off.
This technology is a game-changer. If they are coming in here, with the Ultra Sheer Tech this is going to be bigger than we are even imagining.
