After the merger you will have one public company trading on NASDAQ called Mullen Technologies. By that time the Net Element payment processing business will have been sold to someone else. They will probably change the ticker to something other than NETE.

Also note that your NETE shares will be traded in for shares in the new company. The exact amount will be determined by a formula based on share price at the time of closing the merger. Very roughly you will get two shares of Mullen stock for each share of NETE stock that you owned.
