The fact that they even settled and chose to PAY $5000 means they admitted GUILT. If one was innocent of accusations, they wouldn't be paying a dime. Also, shareholders (many in my PM) see exactly what's going on by the defendants. We know it's the defendants bc what the MYDX lawsuit described is still occurring.
THAT IS THE ONLY REASON THE LAWSUIT IS BROUGHT UP.
I did NOT say the DEMURRER meant GUILTY so please don't put words in my mouth. I said the fact the JUDGE OVERRULED it means there was sufficient evidence to continue to JURY TRIAL (as Yazbeck requested and was granted).
All of this was to DOCUMENT the crimes against MYDX by ex-employees. When 27 defendants are named and most of them already with criminal records. It seems LOGICAL to document everything FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY.
