Boy did I blow it on HSCM, SBUM, STLM, ACNE, and VINS.
I saw it happening. I called. I should have been a buyer.
That was a mistake on my part, although I probably got .30 and made 15x.

Good luck with FRAZ.

I'm watching USAP for an EPS report next week, their outlook. That one I don't mind talking about, even if it turns out to be a big loser. DYDD. There was insider buying. It's a POS steel company, POS cause of the economy.

Did I take up enough of the post for people to stop reading?

This is all speculation on my part. None of this could be factual.

I believe that it started as more of a coffee klatch, done over the phone. Perhaps a group of shareholders had an opportunity to talk on a conference call.

Less than 50% wanted board representation, one could guess in a guessing game, but it was a sufficient amount of ownership, with over that amount on a phone call. Again, I know absolutely nothing but am playing along with the question. I think it is unlikely to get a seat at a table with 10% of the outstanding shares on a non-reporting company.

I believe that investors may have held talks. Afterwards, they were happy with management and the direction of sales, earnings and dividend opportunities, including special ones. They proceeded no further.

If that is a possible scenario, one could also say that management are tough negotiators. In any case, I believe that several points were brought up over the phone and in person. One was about transparency. One could assume that if those things took place, maybe it is why the company communicated on a more timely basis. I believe that a share repurchase could have been brought up.
