Looks like news to me in reference to the conference call.

Hello Shareholders,
Thank you for calling in this morning, however, due to technical difficulties with our online Communications this morning we will have to cancel this meeting and reschedule it.
Based on my notes for this meeting, I have put together a quick summary to give an idea of the topics that I intended to cover.
As of today, we have received early voting in the amount of 184,170,822 votes, which is 55% of the required Quorum necessary to have an official shareholders meeting. Many of our shareholders are waiting until after the shareholders meeting to cast their votes.
The present tally is as follows:
-99% of the votes cast, voted yes, to keep myself, Joseph lastella as President.
-Over 96% voted yes, to issue a new class of Preferred Stock.
-Over 96% also voted yes to issue Preferred Stock for the exclusive rights to distribute Viro Spectrum Shield to 3 South American Countries with a population of approximately 300 million people i.e. Brazil, Peru, Colombia.
From the above voting statistics, it is obvious that all three resolutions will be passed at our next stockholder's meeting, provided we have the volume needed for a quorum vote. The stockholders
that voted so far, will not need to vote again because their votes are valid for 60 days. I urge everyone.

June of 2019 I was issued a patent for my industrial production process for making powdered Graphene, which became public knowledge with issuance by the US patent office. I have received many queries by shareholders regarding what the future holds for this patent. The Graphene industry is still in its infancy and open to unlimited opportunities, I will share my thoughts on the industry at our next shareholders meeting.
