I think unfortunately there are a lot more than 25-50 million shares a day! Every 25 million block below the current bid is definitely converted into new shares.
The noteholders also know that we notice this, so they camouflage further conversions through smaller block trades which in total are then again 25 million shares!
So at the moment I am getting at least 100 million new shares that are being flushed onto the market every day.
