How so? Without a major rush of buys in the billion plus range, it's not going up fast. Thankful it is recovering so don't get me wrong. Still planning an exit strategy soon unless they stop the dilution and get current with their filings. I literally watched it go up past .005 only to drop back down close to the trips. The only people making money here are the flippers. And they'll be one of the reasons it gets split.
