The significance of the Loudoun County order, what it potentially has meant and will mean to the company's overall new business opportunities and the resulting dividend implication for shareholders is still quite clearly on investors mind. The market share gains posts in the SD program should have given some level of confidence to investors as well.

That order was a great find by Deet who once again has maximized shareholder value through excellent DD. There is nothing new on the PCHM website as of today. I posted this technical type opinion last Wednesday. I was not filled on three buy orders recently (not on today's breakout).
