Bottom line is KRMD, at the time of the stock offering, did not believe they had sufficient cash on hand and cash flow from operations to fund the expected growth. The expected growth did not materialise. Net sales for the 9/30/2020 quarter were approximately $6 million. This is down from $6.6 million YOY and down from $7.7 million in the previous quarter.

Without the projected growth, there was less need for cash. This combined with the low stock price, lead the KORU management to decide the best use of cash was repurchasing stock. This does not sit well with me because it fails to address the underlying problem of the management's poor sales projection.
