Thanks for the explanation Tom. Good to know how this works. It quantifies the risk one has accepted in an AIM portfolio. Might this metric be used to determine if one has been too timid or too aggressive with their AIM portfolio or is that a subjective thing? In other words, could there be a sweet spot or optimum range for ROCAR?

By the way, what ever happened to SoCal? Nothing bad I hope. He and a few others were mainstays on the early versions of this Board. In my recent exploring I didn't see his name except in much older posts.
