On Monday TPL will no longer be a trust. Hope management will be
respective of the history of buybacks and no dilution, but we are
in a different world now. Honestly I don't know where this goes from
here. (I know it doesn't fit the "green" narrative of Tesla, but I
can't help but imagine Elon Musk buying TPL or having TSLA acquire it.)
More likely will be for TPL to strategically pick off distressed assets.
Paying out so much money in cash dividends I believe would have better
spent on buybacks, but it is a strategy that works in its own way.

Big questions:
1. Will there be a stock split?
2. Will TPL be added to certain indexes causing buying by same and
shadow indexes?
3. Will option trading (at some point) begin?

Right now I'm surprised in the quick rebound in energy prices
especially oil. The Saudis played the energy markets by lying
about sending a wall of oil to the US. Then they bought stocks!
