Isn’t it true that the patent which combines 2-73 with donepezil for AD, is in fact a very small fraction of the typical SOC dosing of donepezil alone? This was a while ago, so don’t know if I am remembering correctly, but imo, using a much smaller quantity of donepezil would remove most side effects, or at minimum, minimize the side effects to not have such a negative impact.
