Hi Kmp!! Happy New Year

I haven't been paying much attention lately. Hard to be interested when you don't have skin in the game. Plus, it's not on my portfolio displayed on my screen to be in my face.

Maybe Weiss Law put some pressure. I see they raised the converstion two days ago:

"The phrase “will be converted into the right to receive 0.02731 validly issued, fully paid and non-assessable share of Parent Common Stock (the “Merger Consideration”)” in Section 2.01(c) of the Merger Agreement was deleted and replaced in its entirety by “will be converted into the right to receive 0.05 validly issued, fully paid and non-assessable share of Parent Common Stock (the “Merger Consideration”)”.

That's good for you!!! The stock is higher than big mouth's KHRNF too. A good kick in the mouth to him. And I am in KHRNF for the record. Truth is truth.

They didn't even release a PR about the adjustment, which is good I think. Keep it a secret from the masses. Maybe they are afraid to say anything being under the spotlight, and rightfully so after that year of Scott Ogur's death spiral toxic financing. What a #$@$!! I'm still mad at that.

I'm not seeing any selling, but I could be wrong. I want to be back in under .20 for my own selfish reasons. Or, I could just buy Forion in the future IFF the price is right.

Almost equal to price with KERN now -- KERN at 67M and HLIX at around $58M. Although, KERN has more dilution on the way for sure I think.

I should have kept my 20K shares and sold them at 50 cents, but I don't have a crystal ball as good as the NY Times forecasting model that was leaning blue for both Senate Seats in Georgia all dasy yesterday! What a great day! Trump is fired and he was repudiated again todasy. Look at those sore losers. Law and order my #E@!!

The Republic lives another day! Hope HLIX brings you lots of wealth. I can't see the future. I just hope under .20 for my selfish reasons only. May never happen.

Where oh where is Vincente Fox? At KHRNF. If only we could trade him for our Amercanex director, whom may be too occupied at the White House right now rioting. He looks like the type to me. Wouldn't surprise me. He seems to have little in the way of critical thinking. But that's just my opinion. Can't say what he's doing. Or see what he's done here, for that matter.

I hope you guys are right about the new Forion team. I don't know enough to say. I have insufficient information on too many fronts here. Seems both you and Sub are in the money and that's a good thing. That's what I like to see. Shareholders making money. That's the whole point. Wish some BOD's understood that.
