The only common trait I observed in my two friends, is that in addition to being intelligent, they were atypically gentle and generous personalities. This, of course, compounded the tragedy of their illnesses.

While I have suspicions about "Big medicine" profiting more from treatment than cure, I believe in this case it is more an issues that the triggers are not entirely clear and reversing that pathophysiology has previously been impossible.

I'm hopeful that Leronlimab and other targeted immune modulators will produce previously unobtainable cures.

This article (first time I'v read anything on aljazeera) discusses the challenge of addressing CFS, which is not dissimilar to the challenge of mental illnesses, MS, AD, etc.
