If those are the assets that have value, keep in mind a few changes this year. Start with the dilution this year.

This POS was worth a penny or so before Berman's latest round of lies started. There are what, 170 million more shares now? And that's not even discounting the financial damage done in the past 9 months.

If this POS was worth 1 cent or so in January, and if that was a fair value, then the company should be worth, at best, half that now.

If you want to say even that 1 cent was overvaluing this POS, no argument here.

Now, add the lawsuits, fines, etc, we should be headed to tenths of a cent, in time.
