You don't need so called whales if you have a legitimate business. Luckily I got in Alpine 4 @ .39 and look at it. It only averages about 10 million shares a day. Vibi could grow organically like that if they partner up with the right folks. These crazy wild 1 billion share pumps out of nowhere you know what they are. Sure you can make some quick money but I still think VIBI is a long play. JMHO
