But to your point, if the trail was a complete and utter failure, NWBO would likely NOT publish the results in a scientific journal.

NWBO might not.Other companies do though. Even small biotechs.

It is expected that results are published for any significant trial, regardless of outcome.

The failed ACT-IV trial of CLDX's P3 of Rindopepimut in glioblastoma was published in The Lancet with over 100 authors.

I would note that every trial on ATL's list of comps was published, yet other than Optune all failed.
