There cannot be licensing when the company itself is in the business of direct sales. If it were about licensing, then Ecoponex would NOT be a JV. This tech is so industry disruptive, that SHMP represents THE industry. Why would you license competition? It becomes cost prohibitive to both the licensor (NS) and the licensee (whoever).
