Of course if you have huge gains and want offset with dogs of 2020 i would consider the exercise and buy back in 31 days or if you buy back within 31 days it would be a wash sale.

You really think that i am unaware of buy and sell strategy for tax reasons!

This is the #1 reason that there has been huge selling pressure on PRED! Many or most will sell the dogs for tax relief.

I assume patient investors that want to own pred will most likely wait until the last day or so for the last of sellers.

I don't assume much or corporate side is going to change until Jan 2021.
