yea, i was just rounding up to 2 bucks instead of 1.93...
that's my point --- tlry price would have to be that much higher than aphria for it to be an equal deal for aphria holders....
i guess we will have to see at what share price is set when the deal is consummated. then we will know if it is good for aphria holders.

for example : if tilray is at 13. and aphria is at 9. when the exchange rate goes into effect, well that would be great for aphria holders
