My CPA confirmed that Spark is indeed taxed as ordinary income of whatever the value will be when it opens. I gave my reasons of why I was unsure to move forward but he said to me, “If you qualify and its free you have to take it.” This didn’t help me decide like I thought it would as Im still 50/50. Im going to figure it out this evening. If I wait to do it and FXRP runs up in value it will cost more to accept it afterward. Doing this in the beginning for the 15% may get the best price but its only 15% of ones bag. Im pretty sure every drop after that will be based on the value at the time it’s dropped.

If FXRP trades in pennies then loading it may be best avenue to avoid this nonsense.
