Just to make sure people don't get the numbers mixed up, that's over 110 Billion! ... not million. I always felt like HCMC was a "Lotto Play" until they did something to fix their share structure. As we know, it is horrible. But I do believe that a 1-500 reverse split would do wonders for HCMC. That would take the OS down to roughly 221,021,696 shares. This would be considered a good share structure in my opinion. This would help them because investors would then tend to take them more serious as an investment.

At .0001 per share, the price would open up at .05 per share and this would very likely be its new bottom given their current operations. If you had 10,000,000 shares at .0001, you would have 20,000 at .05 per share. The value of $1,000 would still be the same, but the share structure and price would be more respectable considering their current operations. This would also position the company with having a chance to grow back into being on the NASDAQ of which where it came.

Just to make things very clear, this is probably the first time that I am begging for a stock that I am in to do a reverse split. Here with HCMC, I think it would be especially best to do such considering all that they have going on of which I will repost some things for those that are new to HCMC.
